Who we are

This work did not begin in a classroom; it emerged from the break downs and break throughs in my own life. It grew from the heavy, sacred moment of finally listening when my body said no more to the weights it was never meant to carry.

I am a student of remembering—the ways of being that lived in our lineages long before "productivity" was a mandate or "burnout" was the price of survival. This practice is rooted in the radical act of no longer overriding ourselves, but instead, coming home to the intelligence that has always been waiting in our blood and bone.

How I Show Up

Relational Presence

I do not sit in a position of authority over your journey. I am not a "fixer," and I do not "deliver" healing. Instead, I offer myself as a witness and a companion. I show up with:

  • Deep Listening: To the words you say, and the wisdom your body speaks beneath them.

  • Relational Integrity: Holding a container where your pace is protected and your sovereignty is the highest law.

  • Humble Presence: Bringing years of somatic study and community labor, not to direct you, but to support the clarity that already lives within you.

  • Authenticity:  I am not a “master” or a “guru.” I am unlearning systems and some days are hard. I voice this and show up with honesty and authenticity.

Lineage and Learning

The Seeds of the Work

The practices I share—somatic movement, trauma-informed coaching, energy work, spirit communication, and herbalism—are not "services" I apply to you. They are ways of being in relationship with the living world.

My learning is a tapestry woven from:

  • Formal Study: Respecting the teachers and frameworks that have sharpened my discernment.

  • Lived Reality: Navigating the same systems of labor and expectation that we seek to dismantle together.

  • Ancestral Guidance: Honoring the generations who survived so that I could remember.

I hold these lineages with a deep sense of Relational Accountability, ensuring they are used to liberate, never to colonize or control.

What Guides This Work

The Living Agreements

  • Care is a Collective Right: Healing should never be a luxury reserved for those with the most resources.

  • The Body is the Land: We treat our nervous systems with the same reverence we owe the earth—without extraction or force.

  • Sovereignty is Inherent: You are the only authority on your lived experience.

  • Economic Solidarity: I believe access and accountability are one. My sliding scale is not a "discount"—it is a practice of redistribution and community care, ensuring our circle remains wide and inclusive.

  • Discomfort ≠ Harm:- Growth Requires Conflict and/or Discomfort. That means interrupting microaggressions and gaslighting disguised as “feedback.”

  • Truth Before Comfort - Radical Honesty is greater than Fear of Judgement. This means creating space for emotional truth, even when uncomfortable. Calling in systemic dynamics (racism, ableism, patriarchy) rather than individual discomfort. Prioritize emotional safety for the most marginalized in the room.

  • Reflection As Collective Practice - Listening = Power Redistribution Ask: Whose knowledge is centered? Who is made invisible? Reflect with the goal of liberation, not self-improvement. Reflection leads to repair, transformation, and policy shift.
