Ways to gather

Places to gather and grow

The Covenant

Gathering is the technology of our collective survival.

The spaces held here are not products to be consumed or programs to be mastered. They are intentional containers co-created with the individuals and communities who enter them.

Every gathering is grounded in somatic consent, relational accountability, and a refusal to rush. This work is rooted in Economic Justice: We operate on a sliding scale to ensure that the gates of care are never locked by a lack of funds. Participation here is a shared agreement of care, responsibility, and respect for the body’s inherent pace.

How These Practices Support Reclamation

We reframe "Benefits" as "Acts of Sovereignty."

  • Community Care: Remembering that we are not meant to heal in a vacuum; collective regulation is our birthright.

  • One-on-One Journeys: Reclaiming your inner knowing and power with guidance and support.

  • Spirit Communication: Restoring the broken dialogue with our lineages in spirit to find guidance.

  • Energy Work: Restoring the flow of life force energy that has been fragmented by systemic stress or historical trauma.

  • Self-Protection Practice: Reclaiming the body’s right to its own boundaries and rebuilding trust in our reflexes.

  • Relational Herbalism: Reconnecting and creating relationships with plants and their medicine.

Pathways to Gather

Community Tea and Tunes

The Portal of Joy

Decolonizing care means prioritizing joy as a form of resistance.

A donation-based circle centered on the medicine of music, the wisdom of herbal kin, and the power of shared presence. This space offers rest without the requirement of "productivity." You do not need the right language or a "healing goal." You only need to bring your breath and your being. Ask  More About Community Here

Group Coaching Journeys

Community as the Medicine

Healing is not a solo sport. These containers invite us to be witnessed by our peers, reinforcing the decolonial truth that our liberation is bound up in one another. We move from individualistic self-help to collective resourcing. Ask  More About Community as Medicine Here

Energy Work

Restoring the Flow

A gentle recalibration of the systems impacted by chronic oppression and trauma. We work with the emotional and spiritual bodies to restore alignment without force, honoring the body’s "No" as much as its "Yes." Start Your Energy Work Here

Relational Herbalism

Listening to Plant Kin

We do not "use" plants; we sit with them. This practice introduces you to your local plant kin through reciprocal ritual. We move away from the extractive "pill for an ill" mindset and back toward the ancient practice of mutual care between humans and the land. Ask  More About Relational Herbalism Here

One-on-One Coaching Journeys

Radical Witnessing

These sessions are a slow, deep dive into the reclamation of your inner knowing. We center the body’s truth over the mind’s logic and relationship over hierarchy. By blending somatic awareness and ancestral connection, we unearth the clarity that has been buried by survival.

Spirit Communication

Dialogue Across Time

Personal healing is a thread in a much larger tapestry. This work restores communication with the "Well Ancestors," situating your current life within a broader story. We honor those who carried the fire before us and those who will inherit the embers we leave behind. Start the Dialogue Here

Self-Protection

Somatic Sovereignty

Movement sessions that fuse physical skills with energetic boundary work. This is a reclamation of the body’s capacity to take up space and protect its own peace. It is an act of rebuilding trust in your own strength. Ask  More About Self-Protection Here
