You are not behind.
You are not broken.
The exhaustion you carry is a sane response to insane systems.
This is a space to drop the heavy cloak of "doing." To return to the rhythm of your own blood and bone. To remember the wisdom that was yours before the world told you who to be.
The heart of this space
Maria Webb is here to walk alongside those carrying weights they were never meant to bear. We recognize that your overwhelm cannot be "fixed" by productivity hacks or individual mindset shifts. Those are tools of the systems that tired you out.
This work is an act of Return:
To the Body: As a site of truth, not a tool for labor.
To Intuition: As a compass that predates colonial logic.
To Sovereign Time: Time that belongs to your spirit and your ancestors, not a clock.
We honor the truth that healing is not an individual luxury; it is a relational necessity. Here, no part of your history, your lineage, or your struggle is asked to wait at the door.
Who this space centers
This is not a system to master; it is a space to practice
This space centers Women, especially Women of Color and their allies. Those who have been socialized to give until they are empty. It is for those ready to stop "pushing through" and start listening to the ancient intelligence of their own lineage.
We work with the understanding that our bodies are part of the land, and our healing is part of the collective. When one of us remembers ourselves, the web grows stronger.
The threshold
Instead of “User Flow”, we offer “Pathways of Consent”.
Many arrive here feeling a "pull" toward care but without the words to describe it. You do not need a map to enter.
If your body needs to be held in community: Explore Ways to Gather to see how we sit in tea circles, one-on-one coaching journeys, and shared energetic space.
If your spirit needs quiet reflection first: Visit Resources for Remembering to spend time with ancestral reflections and somatic resources at a pace that honors your nervous system.
